THE AGENCY

 

Are you interested in being represented by The Agency in the acting division?

 

The Agency represents most all ethnic backgrounds and age groups beginning with the early age of 7 years, through senior citizens.

 

To be considered for representation, you should email us a headshot and resume with a cover letter telling us a little about yourself.  You should also include a video demo, if you have one.

Photo Requirements:
Professional photos are not necessary — in fact, color snapshots, smartphone photos even, are preferred. Have a friend or family member take them for you. We request that you send at least one clear full face head shot and one clear full length body shot. The most important thing is that we see a natural you. No makeup is needed.  Professional pictures are welcomed.

To submit photos and resume to The Agency, please send photos and resume along with your name, age, hair color, eye color, a contact phone number, and City/State, Please enter in Email Subject "TALENT SUBMISSION (Male, Female, Teens, Children) to: informationtheagency@yahoo.com

Unfortunately due to high volume we are only able to contact those of interest. If our agents are interested, then they will contact you. Do not lose hope. Your look might not work for our agency at this particular time, but we encourage you to resubmit your photos after six months.

 

Open Call Submissions:
Please check the open call calendar for open call dates in San Antonio . When attending an open call please bring the photos required, resume, comedic and dramatic monologue 1-2 minutes, and a 30-45 second commercial. The back of each photo should include your name, age, hair color, eye color, a contact phone number, email, and address.

 

 Because of the volume of submissions we receive on a daily basis, we are unable to contact everyone who submits to us regarding representation.  If we believe you might be a good candidate for representation we will contact you by phone to set up a meeting.  Do not lose hope. Your look might not work for our agency at this particular time or you might not have enough experience or training, but we encourage you to resubmit your photos and resume after six months.  Depending on the volume of our business at the time, we should contact you between 2 to 6 weeks.  In many cases, we will ask you to attend a monologue day with the booking agents.  In this instance, you will need to have a 1-2 minute current comedic monologue that is age appropriate prepared and a 30-45 second commercial.  You may also be asked to perform a cold read at that time.
